We represent the Associated Enterprises and the category towards Entities and Institutions in the economic and political world, both nationally and internationally, for the purpose of promoting and defending the rightful interests of the category.

• It carries out its protective action for the Associates with the aim of increasing awareness and dissemination of the benefits of using renewable energies and safeguarding their production, also pursuing the development of related technologies. Examples: Periodic newsletters on industry updates, Tender Information, PNRR.
• It promotes, supports, and protects the culture and information on Renewable Energies through informative material aimed at stimulating cultural advancement in the field. Examples: Journalistic and television interventions, GREEN Company Magazine industry magazine.
• It represents the Associated Enterprises and the category towards Entities and Institutions in the economic and political world, both nationally and internationally, for the purpose of promoting and defending the rightful interests of the category. Examples: Institutional meetings with the MISE, MASE e ARERA.
• It promotes and coordinates the study and proposal of solutions for the economic, social, and labor problems of the Associates. Examples: EXTRAPROFITTI, TREMONTI Ambiente, Incentive Spreading.
• It facilitates the improvement of the conditions of its Associates by taking initiatives towards public authorities and their legislative offices. Examples: Legal assistance provided by one of the most important Legal Studies (specialized in the renewable energy sector) in Europe, through which we have already filed and won several class action lawsuits.
• It appoints its representatives in representative bodies where the presence of ACEPER is appropriate or requested. Examples: Presence of officials in the territory who operate through scheduled meetings upon request of the Associate and annual (renewals) for updates, plant performance checks, and reporting of any needs. • It provides Members with the necessary assistance in pursuing individual objectives within the interests of the category. Examples: Through a network of Professionals (Honorary Members), we analyze bills, insurance, communications from the GSE and provide any improvement solutions.
• It organizes, also in collaboration with other Entities, meetings and collaborations related to its activities. Examples: Webinars, meetings, and collaborations with Entities and Associations such as, among others, FINCO and Confartigianato Imprese.
